Duration of Membership

The minimum Membership period is 12 months. Should a Member decide to terminate Membership within the 12 month period, then they remain liable for the full annual fee. No refunds can be given and Membership is non- transferable.

Payment Terms

15 days from date of invoice unless using PayPal.

Communication

Property Face2Face (the Network) regularly communicates with its Members, by email, post and telephone. By entering into Membership you agree to be contacted by the Network.

Termination of Membership

A Member may terminate their Membership by giving written notice at least three months before the expiration of their Membership year, otherwise they shall be held liable to pay their subscription for the ensuing year and subscription shall be a debt due and legally recoverable by the Network. The Network reserves the absolute right to terminate the Membership of any Member where it is reasonably considered that continued Membership is not in the interest of the Network or its Members.

If Membership comes to an end the ex-Member must cease to use any marketing material displaying a Property Face2Face logo.

Liability

The Network shall have no liability for any losses suffered by a Member as a result of using services offered by a fellow Member. The Chamber shall have no responsibility for advice given or services provided by its third party service providers.
