| Founded in 1994, the practice has increased in size over the intervening period with over 50 staff operating from the head office located in South West London, and a regional office in Nottingham. We have five structural engineering teams and one civil engineering team working within the practice, each headed up by a partner.
Our work includes regeneration projects, large scale residential developments, commercial, healthcare, bespoke houses, education, leisure / cultural buildings and retail throughout the UK and overseas. We have considerable experience in the conservation of historic buildings and extensive remedial and refurbishment work is undertaken. We have also worked on a number of complex and structurally demanding specialist projects such as sculptures and glass structures. Many of our projects have won industry awards. Increasingly, sustainability is a key factor in deciding the design approach for new sites, buildings and structures. The structural and civil engineering solutions are becoming ever more important in creating environmentally responsible developments. We are at the forefront of sustainable design and are pro-active in encouraging sustainable and economic solutions wherever possible. We consider the Engineer to be an important member of the design and construction team and we aim to be involved with projects at the earliest opportunity. The expertise and experience within the practice can then be used to help produce innovative & elegant solutions. We have a broad and holistic understanding of the construction process and as a consequence work with many established architectural practices, market leading developers, contractors, young aspiring architects, interior designers, artists and sculptors. |

Being a member of the Property Face2Face will give you access to one of the most comprehensive networking event calendars in the region for property professionals.
It enables you to attend the monthly ‘third Wednesday’ networking meetings as well as offering a preferential rate to our social networking events.
This month's new member to be highlighted is Wendy Andrew of 'Furnish For Living Ltd'. Wendy has attended a few meetings as a guest, but has now joined as a full member.
Wendy says: "I had been to the occasional Property Face2Face event before, but like all networking groups, it is important to attend regularly. The new venue of The Lace Market Hotel is a comfortable place to visit after work, too."
