Technical skills : qualified accountant and business graduate Key Experience: Strong PLC up bringing during formative years and into early management. Application of PLC “Best Practice” & “Quality Management” experience to SMEs, and the Owner Managed and Family Owned business sector. Currently Chairing Board of local Professional Services company and responsible for ongoing Board Management. Currently providing Strategic, Financial Management and Succession Planning advice to local SMEs. Previous line management experience as Finance Director including responsibility for IT, HR, - Procurement, Corporate Governance, Strategy and Succession Planning. These line management skills are combined with strong commercial awareness, change management and team working abilities. |
