 Application of PLC “Best Practice” & “Quality Management” experience to SMEs, and the Owner Managed and Family Owned business sector.
 Currently Chairing Board of local Professional Services company and responsible for ongoing Board Management.
 Currently providing Strategic, Financial Management and Succession Planning advice to local SMEs.
 Previous line management experience as Finance Director including responsibility for IT, HR, - Procurement, Corporate Governance, Strategy and Succession Planning. These line management skills are combined with strong commercial awareness, change management and team working abilities.
