| am marketing director and co founder of Sladen Estates, a Midlands based Commercial Property Developer. We are based at the Village, our flagship office development on J28 of the M1 and also have offices in London’s West End. What we do is develop business accommodation including offices, industrial units, warehouses and showrooms. We understand and resolve companies commercial property requirements.
We are active in two main sectors, speculative development – where we have offices from 1,380 sq ft upwards and Industrial units or warehouses from 22,000 sq.ft. to 244,000 sq.ft. These are all available immediately or currently under construction. We also offer ‘build to suit’ where we agree what you require in a building and we develop it for you. Additionally, we buy land, buildings and sites with development or redevelopment potential. We do not rely on bank funding and are currently very active. Buildings can be purchased freehold or leased and some rented on flexible terms from just six months. We have completed a number of major developments in the region. Current projects across the Greater Midlands, Yorkshire, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire total nearly two million sq. ft. Our team covers every aspect of the development process from planning, architecture, and construction to finance and even fit out if required. We work with the industry’s leading suppliers and professional advisors incorporating the latest building technology and best practice so our buildings are of a quality that meet or exceed current legislation. Our developments are constructed with careful regard to their environmental impact and sustainability. This also makes them more efficient to run which in turn supports your organisations social responsibility credentials. These are both extremely relevant issues today. A reputation for quality is reflected in our clients who include global companies such as General Electric, British Airways, Christian Salvesen, Audi, Toyota and Marks and Spencer. If you would like to discuss any aspect of commercial property or simply need some straightforward and honest property advice then please get in touch. It will be our pleasure to help you. |

Being a member of the Property Face2Face will give you access to one of the most comprehensive networking event calendars in the region for property professionals.
It enables you to attend the monthly ‘third Wednesday’ networking meetings as well as offering a preferential rate to our social networking events.
This month's new member to be highlighted is Wendy Andrew of 'Furnish For Living Ltd'. Wendy has attended a few meetings as a guest, but has now joined as a full member.
Wendy says: "I had been to the occasional Property Face2Face event before, but like all networking groups, it is important to attend regularly. The new venue of The Lace Market Hotel is a comfortable place to visit after work, too."
